FREE Virtual Exercise Classes with Kinesiologist Jill Lommer

If you have COPD, regular exercise can help you feel better and breathe easier. All fitness levels are welcome!

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays | 1:00 to 2:00pm PST via ZOOM

About the class: Jill Lommer, BKin., is an exercise rehab expert with lots of experience working with people living with COPD and other chronic lung conditions. In every class, she will include a warm up, cardio, muscle strengthening and balance activities, and cool down stretches.. All fitness levels are welcome!
