"I was in dark place. I couldn’t even go to the bathroom without my oxygen. Then I learned about a local pulmonary rehab program. It helped me forge connections with others facing similar health challenges. Today I feel much better – and don’t need my oxygen nearly as much. I may be short on lung capacity relatively speaking, but I make sure to cram in as much living and laughing every day as I can."
