Dr. Menn Biagtan is BC Lung's Vice President for Health Initiatives and Programs. Menn adds a wealth of expertise and abilities to the organization, having earned both a medical degree and a master's degree in public health. Menn has overseen the department's notable projects on tobacco, vaping, asthma, COPD, and air quality. She has led expert panels at the worldwide, national, and local levels to address a variety of lung health challenges. Menn enjoys ice cream and relaxing with a good book.
