Virtual Exercise Maintenance Classes

About the classes: Jill Lommer, BKin., is an exercise rehab expert with lots of experience working with people living with COPD and other chronic lung conditions. In every class, she will include a warm up, cardio, muscle strengthening and balance activities, and cool down stretches. 

Regular exercise can help you feel better and breathe easier. All fitness levels are welcome!

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays | 1:00 to 2:00pm PST via Zoom

Class Dates: February 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28

March 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30

April 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27

Register: Registration required. You only need to register once and the same join link can be used to attend any/all classes. Click here to register.
