About the classes: Jill Lommer, BKin., is an exercise rehab expert with lots of experience working with people living with COPD and other chronic lung conditions. In every class, she will include a warm up, cardio, strength training, and cool down stretches.
Regular exercise can help you feel better and breathe easier. All fitness levels are welcome!
