Tuberculosis Treatment: To Cure and Protect is the third of a four-part series of 1-hour webinars developed for health care providers involved in TB prevention, control, and care in British Columbia. The webinar begins with the basic principles of TB treatment, identifying the drugs and regimen most commonly used for TB and LTBI. This information is followed by recommended monitoring for clients, an overview of DOT (directly observed treatment), and the impact of TB drug resistance on treatment.
