Carter’s Camp participant speaks with CBC Kids

In early July, BC Lung held our very first ‘Carter’s Camp’ experience in 100 Mile for 5 children with asthma. In memory of Carter Vigh, this unique asthma education camp helped kids learn about asthma triggers, symptoms, and medication, empowering them to feel more confident about managing their condition. Kira Turley, was one of 5 campers and spoke with CBC Kids about her time at Carter’s Camp and how she’s applying what she learned to her everyday life.
