About the classes: Jill Lommer, BKin., is an exercise rehab expert with experience working with people living with COPD and other chronic lung conditions. In every class, she will include a warm up, cardio, strength training, and cool down stretches.
Regular exercise can help you feel better and breathe easier. All fitness levels are welcome!
We are on summer break. Sessions will resume in September (date TBA).
