Program Details
We provide a comprehensive education, exercise and social support program for those clients living with chronic lung diseases. The program is delivered by a multi-disciplinary team of professionals. The goal of the program is to teach clients' self-management techniques so that they can improve their physical and emotional health over the long term. We offer an 8 week program that runs 6 times per year, as well as maintenance classes that run year round.
